What do I need to do to get started?
Vesara works using read-only access to as many sources as you are willing to connect, but the primary source needed is inboxes across your whole organization, including archived seats, going as far back as possible. Most contracts, notices, and invoices start as attachments to an email. Any additional supplemental data sources are helpful for redundancy and color, including file storage, chat, transcripts, and financial software.
Does getting started require a migration?
No. Vesara reads the tools you already run, or it can operate on a static export. You can also choose to set it up to run completely in your own hosted environment, so nothing ever leaves an environment you completely control. No rip-and-replace and nothing new for your team to learn. Your tools and teams stay exactly where they are.
